Refunds and cancellations

Each room is planned for an exact number of people, so a paid seat is not refunded.

If you can't make it

Tell us at least 48 hours before the event starts and we'll move your seat to another event of the same kind, once. Within 48 hours of the start, we can't move or refund the seat.

If we cancel or change the event

If we cancel an event, or change its date or city, you choose: a full refund, or a seat at another event. Refunds go back to the account you paid from within 7 working days.
